Joe & Dough Coffee Card
Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Joe & Dough Pte Ltd (hereinafter known as “Joe & Dough” or “We”) and customer (hereinafter known as “you” or “Cardholder”) with respect to purchasing and using the Joe & Dough Coffee Card (hereinafter known as Coffee Card) for redemption of beverages.
By purchasing and using Joe & Dough Coffee Card, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Purchase and Use of Coffee Card
1.1 The Coffee Card can be purchased at any Joe & Dough outlet at S$43.00 (inclusive of GST) which entitles the Cardholder the redemption of 8 cups of beverages with Terms and Conditions as stipulated in Clause 2 below. The Coffee Card will be issued on-site upon payment.
1.2 Payment made for Coffee Cards will be considered as a complete transaction and Cardholders are not entitled to demand or claim for refunds or reimbursement of whole or any part of the unutilised value of the Coffee Card.
2. Redemption of Beverages
2.1 Beverages can be redeemed at all Joe & Dough outlets.
2.2 Beverages available for redemption are Hot Large Café Latte, Flat White, Cappuccino and Americano only.
2.3 To redeem a beverage, the Coffee Card must be presented upon ordering. The authorized employee of Joe & Dough would need to stamp on the Coffee Card to acknowledge that a beverage has been redeemed (one stamp per redemption).
2.4 Multiple beverages can be redeemed in a single transaction.
2.5 Beverages redeemed are valid for dine-in and takeaway, but not valid for delivery.
2.6 Additional Espresso shots, condiments and Iced Beverages are chargeable.
2.7 Seasonal Beverages (eg. Christmas Beverages etc) are not valid for redemption with the Joe & Dough Coffee Card.
3. Expiry of Coffee Card
3.1 Beverages must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of purchase (before expiry date) as stamped on your card. We shall not be liable to you for any loss or failure to redeem your beverages after expiry date.
3.2 There will be no refund of any unutilised value of the Coffee Card at any point in time.
3.3 The Coffee Card shall become invalid after the expiry date and in such circumstances and you will not be able to redeem any beverages.
4. Loss, theft or damage of Coffee Card
4.1 Lost / stolen Coffee Cards will not be replaced. The balance value of the Coffee Card will not be refunded or reinstated in whatever manner.
4.2 In the event that your Coffee Card is lost, stolen, damaged or used by another person without your authorisation, you are not entitled to any refund whatsoever for any redemptions made by another person. We are not liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the loss, theft, damage or fraudulent use of your Coffee Card.
4.3 We shall not have any obligation to prevent the use of a lost, stolen, damaged or fraudulently used Card.
4.4 We reserve the right to refuse to accept the Coffee Card deemed to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use.
4.5 Any unauthorized use of the lost / stolen Card will be the sole responsibility of the cardholder.
4.6 We may not accept your Coffee Card, or may take any other action deem appropriate if we suspects fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of any Coffee Card.
5. Exclusion of Liability
5.1 Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions of this Agreement, we are not liable to you for any loss, damage, inconvenience, cost and expense of any nature which in any way may be incurred by you or by any other person in respect of the usage of or inability to use the Coffee Card.
5.2 We shall not, in any case, be liable to you for matters which are beyond Joe & Dough’s reasonable control.
General
We may at any time vary, modify, add to or delete the terms and conditions of this Agreement and we will notify you of any such changes on our website in our absolute discretion, which deem fit. By your continued usage of the Coffee Card after we have given such notice of change, you will be deemed to have accepted such changes without reservation.
